To coincide with the 13 full moons in 2023, Mirren Kessling from Just Druid and Yusef Sanei, wellbeing and meditation practitioner, are bringing together a monthly group meditation and walk.
Taking place outdoors in locations within London and sometimes further afield, each month the meditation walk will be themed on the season and time of year, inviting participants to reflect, meditate and set intentions for the lunar month ahead.

These meditation walks are for everyone that wants to try meditation in a group setting outdoors, the guided meditations are designed for first time meditators or those who want to deepen their existing practice in response to the seasons. As the year develops the times, lengths and activities for each meditation walk will change and evolve. Each walk will be announced on Instagram.

Autumn Equinox represents the start of Autumn, whilst being the last harvest in agricultural traditions it also known as the Gateway of the Year marking time to reflect on and celebrate the summer that has just past - whilst also setting intentions and preparing oneself for the winter ahead.
